Chicken Scaparella
serves 1 person
- 3 Oz. Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips
- 2 Oz. Italian mild skinned Sausage
- 6 each chopped and seeded Greek Peperoncini
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1 Oz. sugar
- 1 Oz. Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Oz. brown Sauce or Demiglace Sauce
- 6 cloves roasted Garlic
- 1 Oz. Olive Oil
- 1 cup cooked Pasta
Saute Chicken, Sausage, Onions and Pepperoncini in Olive
Oil for 3 minutes. Add sugar, vinegar, garlic and saute one minute. Add
Demiglace, place in 400 degree pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Add cooked Pasta
of choice, toss and serve.
